Forsyth Tech faculty continues to bring cybersecurity awareness to rising 7th and 8th graders at Mineral Springs Middle School. The students attended a cybersecurity breakout workshop which reinforced the 10 cybersecurity principles and the learned to work as a team and use critical thinking skills.
The 10 Principles are:
- Domain Separation
- Process Isolation
- Layering
- Modularization
- Leaset Privilage
- Information Hiding
- Abstraction
- Simplicity
- Minimization
The workshop was facilitated by Dr Deanne Wesley in March of 2018.
