2017 Summer-Camp
INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION OF CYBER STARS!
Who should attend: Rising 7th and 8th grade students
Where: Forsyth Technical Community College (Technology Building/Cyber Center)
Date: July 31-August 4 (8:30am-4:30pm)
Cost: FREE (camp, food, and supplies are NSA grant funded)
Learn to program a Raspberry PI, secure a system and learn to protect your social media accounts!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
GenCyber Goals:
- Increase diversity and interest in cybersecurity and careers in the cybersecurity workforce of the Nation
- Help all students understand correct and safe on-line behavior
- Improve teaching methods for delivering cybersecurity content for K-12 computer science curricula.

Preference will be given to students from schools with the most academic need. Applications will close by June 30th and the students accepted will be contacted by July 3rd. A short informational session will be held for parents on July 6th, before the GenCyber camp.
